- The death claim MUST be submitted through the policyholder (i.e. the employer of the insured) or the Human Resources Department of the policyholder.
- For Death Certificate or documents not written in English / Chinese, the Claimant needs to provide the certified valid translation
- If for any reason the original of any document is not available, a copy certified by a notary public should be provided
- Certified true copy means a photocopy endorsed with the company chop and signature by the policyholder.
- Generali may require additional documents
